Ants in my Pants!   No, not really, but they are everywhere this year! Between the mild Winter and the lovely damp Spring the ants in my area have flourished as they haven't in years. They aren't staying outside where they belong either. So, I got out my trusty Creepy Crawley repellent and started spritzing the door jambs and window casing. This slowed them down a bit, but they had me outnumbered. At last the light bulb over my head lit up and I remembered a simple and effective ant eliminator that I haven't had to use for years. Simply mix equal parts sugar and borax, place in a shallow container and put it in the middle of their trail. (I use coffee can lids.) The ants will carry the borax laced sugar back to their nest and eliminate them all before you know it.  Caution! Be sure to keep out of reach of pets and children!
