The part of New York I live in is so beautiful! Yesterday my husband and I took a scenic tour of the Catskill Mountains on his Spyder. Here is some of what we saw. Falls outside of Ashland On the road to the top of the mountain The top of the world Today I'm going to make a Thai style recipe using swiss chard that I got from Kalan of Lucky Dog Farm .
