Herbal Disinfecting Spray

Make your own herbal disinfecting spray by gently simmering a handful of a mix of rosemary, lavender, sage and thyme in 1 1/2 cups of water for 30 minutes in a covered pot. Use whatever proportions suit you best scent-wise and leave out an herb if you don't like the scent. Strain out the herbs and put the liquid in a spray bottle. Use to clean bathroom and kitchen surfaces. Store the excess in the fridge for up to a week.
